  To be honest the attitude of the woman owner is pretty awful she treats not only the customers like crap but she treats the lady that takes care of the orders at the front like crap. I sat here tonight waiting for my food and all I did was hear her come out and yell at that poor woman 4 times while we were here. That right there will stop us from coming back. Treat your staff and customers right they are why you are open and have business.

  Not sure why Food works has such high ratings. There's much better places in the area, or in general. The food isn't terrible, but it's not good enough for the prices, especially when ordering large amounts for families, etc. Also, if you don't go during peak hours, you get soggy, bland food that's clearly been either reheated or sitting on the heat all day. Last time I ordered there, I got general gaus that tasted like it was days old and was more breading than meat. Also got fried rice in the same old-tasting condition. I ordered, it was ready within 10 minutes. Fresh food takes time to cook. This place has definitely gone down hill. The second star I've given is a courtesy for not poisoning me.
